Holy crap. I wasn't expecting this outta the Browns. Incredible first half.

I don't want to discount what they're doing...which is putting a butt-whipping on the Titans, but the Titans came out playing the run on D and the Browns put the game, early game, in Mayfield's hands and he delivered...and I don't think anybody expected this.

I will also say the Browns lines on both sides of the ball are very good...that or the Titans lines are bad

It's mainly their Defense. Just couldn't close games in the 4th quarter early in the season. Seemingly no matter what the lead.
