I was just thinking the other day this defense is better but needs to start getting some takeaways. Good start there.

He's always had trouble with some of his passes sailing. The Agholor ball was just a horrible throw, and it didn't even look like it was batted or tipped in any way.

i can live with occasional sailing.. but i'm not sure how a professional QB of his supposed caliber has such trouble throwing simple spirals. it's certainly an odd thing.

Not a bad first quarter.

I’m not as concerned with losing. I just want to see some level of consistency wire to wire in all phases. So far....well, it’s better.

Offense is still passing too much, but looks like they are at least mixing in more run.

Defense has been solid, except for that last drive.
