They still lost. So tell me how the FG helped? Cover the spread?Do you have a play for 4rth and 7 in the red zone ?? Throw it and hope for flag. ???

Garrett played the biggest role in 4 of our 5 losses. That's unreal for someone who is on the hot seat and coaching for his job. He must have dick pics of Jerry and knows he's getting extended.
100% right. Worst case, NE holds and then Dallas at least has them pinned deep. If you are down 5 right there, FG is fine. Down 7, kicking a FG is brain dead. Jerry should fire JG before they land in Dallas, give Richard a test run to see if he can light a fire under their ass, and clean house after the season if he can't.Stop it. That FG was egregiously stupid. That FG is okay if all Dallas needed was a FG after making it. But they still needed a TD. It was only 6 minutes left. You can't assume that you stop the Pats, then get the ball back and drive the length of the field for the game-winning TD against the best secondary in football. There is just not enough time for that kind of fuckery. That FG was stupid stupid. If they don't get the 4th down, so be it. That was the game right there and you were close.
You ain't winning by 3 touchdowns on that day.Coaching was the difference in this game. Switch the coaching staffs and Dallas wins by 3 TD's. Jason Garrett is the same guy he was in year one. Terrible clock manager
@SharpFootballWe had 3rd and 1 from around the 40 with 2 minutes to go and 3 timeouts. We had a chance to win. If we go for the TD there , are we going for 2 if we get it. ??
And sometimes teams have the coaching to win close games. Dallas ...not soo much.Sometimes the players just don’t make enough plays.
Oh I think so. If you combined both teams and went strictly on talent, how many Patriots would start? 7-8? Would they even have one offensive starter? Don't say Brady lol, not this year. Coaching was everything todayYou ain't winning by 3 touchdowns on that day.
Either that or Garrett doesn't want this job anymore. Man coaching fo
@SharpFootball
If you intelligently plan ahead that you'll go on 4th down, you can call SMARTER plays on 2nd & 7 and 3rd & 7. Garrett just took 2 desperation end zone shots & settled for the FG. It makes no sense to coach a game this way. The only people happy are Dallas bettors & the Eagles.
We criticize JG for the play calling there. He doesn’t call the damn plays. He doesn’t talk to Dak in his headset. Dak can get out of plays if he wants to.
We criticize Jason Garrett because he is the head coach who is supposed to build the gameplan around how they want to attack teams in every aspect of the game, to make the big decisions in critical situations. Belichick is a defensive coach but you are a fool if you think he doesn't devise every game plan for the offense, defense, and special teams and makes all the big decisions in critical situations. Which is what a head coach is supposed to do.We criticize JG for the play calling there. He doesn’t call the damn plays. He doesn’t talk to Dak in his headset. His team won the game in every single phase and you ask, what did he do.Belicheck is awesome no doubt but hat did he exactly do in that game. Did he slip something in Amaris water and turn him into Alshon Jeffrey. Did he tell the refs to watch our OLine for tripping? Maybe.
I mean he kicked long FGs too and missed. His time management before the half wasn’t exactly perfect. After the Pats initial first down, they let a ton of time run off the clock. His RB was having a good game but Brady still threw it 37 times.
