Please re-sticky the 2017 recruiting thread. Like it or not... agree with it or not... the flavor of the times is earlier and earlier recruiting and earlier scholarship offers, and earlier commitments.

Un-stickying the 2017 thread does not stop the continuing trend of younger kids committing to schools.... rather, unstickying the thread simply makes it more inconvenient for SportsHoopla folks to follow along and exchange the latest recruiting news with one another. I happen to like when SportsHoopla members exchange info... why stifle this process?

Sure, there were too many sticky threads, but the 2017 recruit thread, and tobascojets's coaching carousel thread should remain sticky.

If someone does not like the 2017 recruit thread, then don't click on it! But for crying out loud, don't get rid of it! Same thing for the coaching carousel thread.

most posters are only concerned with one year at a time though but if you have to keep up on 2017 news you can always use the search function to help....

or just bookmark it.... plus most browsers can remember pages you have visited previously just with a few words like "2017 recruiting"
