I know I might sound corny, but you guys seem like family to me. We are like a big disfunctional family. We argue and fight, but when all got the boot from cbs, we stood together and made sure we find another site(this great site) so we can continue to debate with each other. Im not going to lie, when I seen that cbs got rid of the boards, I told myself I was going to miss everyone because i've been dealing with some of yall for almost 7 years. The only person I dont like, is wildcatsfan, so I can care less about him but lets get the rest of the guys over here.

I agree with this post. When CBS went down I told myself damn I won't be able to own lakers fans in our daily debates anymore.

Thankfully we found SportsHoopla and I can continue the daily tradition of owning lakers fans in heated debates

Agreed... I even said hello to CBS Texas Longhorn fans when I joined yesterday I was happy to see familiar "faces." Now I am happily back to normal in hurling insults at them.

Speaking of family, it seems a whole bunch of us hit the exit button on CBS in unison. I read on the "Boycott CBS" board CBS has taken down their discussion board. I don't know if that's true because I haven't been back. But if it is true, does that mean the massive lack of traffic that site has experienced in just 48 hours has caused them to reconsider? If they do restore the boards, will it work? Stay tuned.

Also, stop by the Sports Forum General Discussion if you'd like. That's where you'll find most of the regulars hanging out, when they're not on their individual team boards. Except for the hockey fans and 49ers, they don't venture away from their Forum too often, lol.

Horns have always been my favorite Spurs fan, but I also miss the other Spur fans back in like 07/08. There were atleast 10 spurs fans with us.

But, I am admittedly terrified of this first round with the Lakers.

The Spurs are so isanely injured with Ginobili and Diaw completely gone... and Parker at maybe 50% if we are lucky.

If healthy, the Spurs would win in 5 games. But, they are very vunerable right now.

I dont think the Lakers can still win (maybe), but they will wear down Timmy so much that the Spurs season wont be a long one.

I was hoping Timmy would get a relatively easy first round series with the midgets from Houston or Golden State. Nope, he has to bang with the Twin Towers.

The Spurs only chance for 5 titles is a fresh Duncan. This series insures it will not happen.
