Exactly, the talent differential means the Ws don't get as tired late

I was texting with a friend of mine throughout most of the game, who lives up in Portland...and at one point late in the 4th qtr he texted: "Damn...Golden State just has too many stallions"

All I could respond with was: "yep...true"

That doctor on twitter you posted when the injury happened said Finals at the earliest, very possible he doesn't play the rest of the postseason. How the hell has not one media member picked up on that? They all just assumed he'd miss a game like he got the sniffles or something.
In their past 30 games in which Curry plays and Durant doesn’t, the Warriors are 29-1.

This is not going to end well for the Warriors tonight. Starting off really sloppy and lethargic.

Warriors are going to roll through Portland on their way to a title, remember?

Portland should play Seth more, he is good against his brother, he knows his tendencies.

Yes and no.

It is a decent matchup, but it also allows Steph to guard somebody other than McCollum.

For that reason, I think the Blazers should force the size issue with more Hood than Curry.

That's great. But if you're trying to establish this as a competitive series. When you have a double digit lead, you need to hold onto it.

I agree with that.

But at the same time, given how this game went down,

Would anyone be surprised if Portland gets both games 3 and 4?

I wouldn't.

Golden State will win the series. I predicted 5 so I am sticking with that. But KD might not play at all and Portland has the ability to make this a long series if they catch a couple breaks at home.

Klay's got to play better with the 2nd unit around him. He was a brick fest when he went out there as #1 without Dray and Curry. Kerr was managing minutes and when he had the top unit out there they smoked them.

I mean, yeah I guess.

But also that was a pretty terrible lineup with Klay, Cook, McKinnie, Livingston and Bell

Sorry, but you really shouldn't trot that lineup out there in a playoff game. Kerr needs to stagger his starters minutes better. Just not enough offense out there.

Looked like great d by iggy there, but sc had no good angle for the swipe.

Lillard tried to create separation with his off arm and iggy wouldn’t let him

That first 8 minutes of the 3rd quarter was a thing of beauty. I’d like to see them play like that more often

Seems though that even though every game is nip and tuck when they play Portland the blazers never win. Was it last year or the year before that they swept Portland but every game was right down to the wire?

I'm impressed with what Looney brings every night and Bell contributed well tonight also.
