Norton is a big part of this, way too much talent overall to be underachieving so badly … He’s a hoo rah rah guy not a chess guy … We need a chess guy who can draw up better strategies than just sitting in a zone relying on your front 4 …

I gave some credit for that line of thought when it was the OC, but Carroll is the defensive guy and it is his defensive plan/scheme. It hasn't changed since he got here.
