The 9ers board folks were saying that 26(!) players are out for today's game. But all of the injury reports show 7 out and 3 questionable.
According to overthecap they have under $21 million in cap space with 36 players under contract, which is only nominally better than our cap. They can save about $24 million in space if they let JimmyG go but then they have no starting QB.
