Let me dispel this notion: the Broncos aren't going to make the playoffs this year. They weren't going to do it even if they kept Von. The rest of this season is for evaluating young players getting ready for next year. I'd honestly be ok with the Broncos trading away more vets - Kareem Jackson, Kyle Fuller, Bryce Callahan, Shelby Harris - stockpile those picks and get a qb next year.
