Virginia Tech starting MLB out for the season...

Bruce Taylor, the Hokies starting MLB, and potentially their best defensive player the past two seasons will mossthe rest of the season with a linsfranc injury in his foot. This injury can be career threatening (see Duce Staley and Kevin Jones). It is a rare injury but eerily happened rogue Hokies starting OLB, Jeron Gouveia-Winslow earlier this season, ending his season as well.

Hope and prayers for the best in Mr. Taylor going forward as he was a very hard worker and one of the best middle linebackers in the country. He will be impossible to replace this year, but hopefully a couple of veteran backups who have starter experience can come in and play their game.
