They are one small step closer to the unemployment line after this. No more "well we were playing a young QB" excuse to fall back on as a reason for having a bad season. With JJ out the number of wins they need to keep their jobs just went up by 2. Kwesi in particular is going to need the team to get to at least 7 wins for him to be the guy drafting next year.

I could see the Vikings bringing in JJ around week 8. Rams game with Donald retired might be about as reasonable a place to bring a guy in and that probably gives enough time for things to heal and learn.
