The Padtella tendon tear in Grahams knee is an injury that guys don't normally come back from at 100%... Not sure how he's going to be when he returns... Davis is an intriguing player...

Think you have a point about Grahams injury, but Davis hasn't been the same since he injuried his shoulder, beside the Seahawks don't have a lot of cap space and need it for their own players.

Nah. Davis is injury prone and it's pretty obvious, just doesn't care anymore. He's been mailing it in with San Francisco for the last couple years. I don't want that kind of work ethic on this team.

Even in his remaining years Vernon will still command $3M or so from someone desperate or with a ton of cap. That's $3M we need to spend on O/D-Line.

No thanks. Vernon Davis is soft. If the Seahawks were going for an aging vet at TE, I'd rather they get someone like Antonio Gates. That's not going to happen obviously, but that's the mold of player I'd like the Seahawks to target.
