Excuses?? Hell he can't play much better? Set the NFL record for accuracy. Had a QB rating of 99. 20 TD's to 5 INT. All with the worst OL and runnning game. What more can he do? Football is a team sport and he wasn't the reason they didn't make the playoffs.

the last time i got a jersey (granted not an authentic it was a JcPenny version on sale christmas present) the player didn't end up being decent....

Last actual Rams jersey I bought was Isaac Bruce. I did have a draft day jersey shirt of hewhoshallnotbenamed, long since disposed of, and a similar jersey shirt of Steven Jackson. I actually prefer the jersey shirts, but the Nike ones are undersized so I haven't bought one in a while...

Don't feel bad, I have a large pile of losing jerseys myself! Someone(cant remember who) actually gave me a Sam Bradford jersey as a gift when he was drafted! Needless to say, it was never worn.

I do understand the hate for Sam here on the Rams' boards, but the fact is Sam had a career year with the Vikings, and set the all time record for downfield accuracy.

I like this part of the Bears write-up and reminded me of what the Rams had done with Suh.

The disaster began early when the Bears allowed the 49ers to con them into trading up to No. 2. They then made the mistake that numerous incompetent teams have made over the years, as they reached for a middling quarterback prospect over a superior talent. This has always backfired. Take a look at some examples from this decade alone:

- The Jaguars picked Blaine Gabbert over J.J. Watt
- The Titans picked Jake Locker over J.J. Watt and Tyron Smith
- The Vikings picked Christian Ponder over Robert Quinn
- The Dolphins picked Ryan Tannehill over Luke Kuechly
- The Jaguars picked Blake Bortles over Khalil Mack

He can't play any better with the worst OL and running game in the NFL like he did in 2016. Now give him a decent OL and the sky's the limit. Sam can make any throw on the field with laser like accuracy... that's a proven fact you guys will just have to live with. It's also what I've been saying since 2010.
