Didn't they give him over half of the bonus money? Wasn't it like $55K out of $100K available? I really didn't follow it closely but thought I read that.

I read he could NOT have done that. Either way, doesn't matter there is no way he was going to sit out a year if he was cleared.

If he had been drafted he could've say out and entered the 2016 draft.
