When evaluating off-season rankings, I find it's often prudent to rank the ranker in what it is that the ranker is ranking.

It is apparent to me now that Scott Cullen, barring some form of unforeseen satori, has decided to base his rankings from watching one game of each team from last season. In this particular instance I lowly rank the rankings of the ranker.....as should some of the rankees.
