If only gas prices worked that wayI don't think most people care about the price of a barrel of oil (unless you work for an oil company or are investing in oil stocks), but they certainly care about how much they are paying at the pump. Of course, it's kind of hard to swallow that he is actually thanking Saudi Arabia after they have just murdered an American journalist, but hey, blood for oil, right?

I don’t know about you, but I was paying the same (or less) for my gas in October when crude passed $76

Almost 40% of us oil imports come from Canada and only about 11% from Saudi Arabia.
He should be thanking Trudeau:
Why Alberta oil prices are so low, and what could happen if they stay that way
The name Trudeau is not well liked in Alberta.
Anybody that is not Conservative is not well liked in Alberta but Trudeau is particularly disliked.
Notley has been great for the province, IMO and many Albertans bitch about her non-stop. I've lived both places and I'm convinced that Quebec and Alberta have the highest percentages of whiners of all the provinces. It's funny though; the non-whiners in both provinces are the best of the best among Canadians that I've lived with.
