The problem is that the teams that are only looking to put butts in the seats probably don't have 40 million dollars worth contracts they could/would deal to get Westbrook.

Depends on how far they're going with the teardown. Portland is apparently going to try to build around Dame, if they weren't...Dame for Westbrook straight up works. Even if they were looking to trade Dame, I doubt they'd want to send him to the Lakers. But that's one way a team looking to blow it up could do it. Then, of course, there is one like the Knicks trade that @The Q mentioned.

Fournier vs. Hield isn't a wild difference IMO.
