im trying to figure out why the lakers said no to the counter. Better deal for them.

It really isn't. 4 for 1 is a good deal? For a guy who is just a really good role player

Fuck... it's Bender the Hornets were asking for!

I was afraid that it would have been the Hornets requirement in order to release Williams!

I guess the bastards took advantage of our immediate need for a big wing to add for the playoffs and have blackmailed us to succeed and steal our most valuable asset!

Fuck!
Nobody wants Bender.

Not even the Bucks.

Be a Man and admit you are WRONG.

Agree. The focus seems to be on Collison, which is good because Rondo isn't getting it done as the 2nd unit PG. I know the Lakers had targeted him in the off-season before he decided to retire as well.

But, they need to shore up their perimeter defense too, especially if they want to get past the Clips. So getting someone like Harkless would really help.

Would love to see them get both if they can.

Agree.

Collison is needed against everyone except the Clippers.

Rondo is washed.

Gotta see what other playmakers shake loose.

So, far...

It's Collison, Trey Burke and Evan Turner.

I guess the Bucks just waived their 4th best player in Bender. Probably just trying to make things more fair for the rest of the teams.

Problem is he has everyone who's a straight shooter on mute.

So, maybe he's blissfully unaware?

When you get into large disagreements with 90% of the board it is important to remember that the 90% is probably the issue....

This is a bold power play by the Bucks. They are telling everyone that they dont even need their 4th best player.

So... you say that (practically) trading Bender for Williams, is like undervaluing Bender!

I guess the moronic behind the thought proves you to be a dickhead beyond any denial, ...doesn't it?

How much did you expect a 21y.o who has played before for the Suns would play on the Bucks, the league's best team which has Giannis and BroLo starting and RoLo with Ilyasova coming from bench?

We have used him regularly only 3 times when Rolo was out injured, all the rest was garbage. We've sent him to the Bucks affiliate (the Wisconsin Herd) which -like the Bucks- leads the entire G-league in record to develop him as fast as we can.

The Bucks have rearranged the entire Wisconsin Herd structure this season and have turned it into a "Bucks academy" aimed to develop future talents.

Rajon Tucker, was signed to a regular roster contract with the Heat after picked up from the Wisconsin Herd earlier this season.

Dude.

Why do you keep mentioning trades?

They cut him.

He has NO VALUE.

That isn’t what they did though.

If Bender has any value whatsoever, the Bucks would have traded him for an asset.

Surely someone will give him a shot, but nobody wanted to give up assets for him because he has negligible trade value.

Your logic is wrong.

@Mecca

haven’t been around at all this week. Really busy.

what are your thoughts on the Morris deal?

I love it for the Clips. He brings much needed toughness. He can hit the 3 and guard bigger interior players. I believe this was a great addition.

Thank you for dumbing it down for me, My Dude.

Shrewd, ballsy move by the Bucks.

@CitySushi @msgkings322

I am shaking my head at the Wiggins deal.

I don’t really get it.

Yes, Wiggins fits a lot better than Dlo. But I really thought they would use Dlo + their picks to land somebody a lot better than Wiggins.

It could work out brilliantly if their picks can quickly develop into quality rotation players. They could go from having to depth at all to having pretty substantial depth.

Yet still, I tend to think they could have done better because I see a more substantial value gap between Wiggins and DLo than what GS actually returned.

I love it.

But, I'm worried.

Dude is really volatile and he didn't want to be a Clippers.

We offered him 3/42 and he took 2/20 from the Spurs instead.

I don't know if he was deluding himself into believing the Knicks were going to pay him.

But, his preference was to stay there over a trade to either team in LA.

I can understand not wanting to go to the Lakers.

He would be putting himself right back under Rd change Paul's thumb after firing him.

But, his aversion to the Clippers is unknown.

It's a A+ basketball wise. But, Marcus is a hothead.
