As if that can’t quickly change

What is the mileage distance for immediate transfer eligibility?

SJ Johns isn't exactly a hop, skip and a jump. It's like 75 miles from his home.

heron is also visiting BC.

seems like he wants to be the man for a dumpster fire of a team.

Not sure there is really a specific distance.

But the schools that signify a clear “closer” to home aspect are Uconn, SJU, SHU, BC, Prov

So teams like that I think he’s got a great case at the waiver.

Would be very strange if he chose BC.

I'm pretty sure there's a mileage rule.

I recall one player having to sit out because the school was far closer, but not close enough to qualify for the hardship exemption.

Would be a natural replacement for Jerome Robinson and put them right back in tournament discussion. Heron goes there I'd probably peg them as a tournament team.

Slick Rick Jr making it happen

Need Crandall to pass those credits and be eligible.

This would be quite the roster turn around

Yeah Crandall would be a huge addition. I thought Matz might be able to add depth(in a slightly better version of Konate) but I'm not sad to see him go by any means. Wonder if pitino would try Murphy at 5, Coffey at 4, and then some combo of Stull/DuPree/IW/Crandall to fill out the starting line up if we land him. Either way we'll have a good first option off the bench and if the freshman are able to contribute positive minutes, we'll go from having no depth whatsoever, to a solid 9-10 man rotation, assuming a guy like Hurt is the 10th best option.

I see a potential lack of size as the only downfall. But if Curry and Oturu contribute meaningfully it won’t matter much.

Add Crandall and the team could be really, really good. Like 2 years ago.

But with the gophs, gotta wait and see if the collapse happens.

But a healthy squad with Crandall to me is top 3 in the conference

Yeah it'll be interesting to see what he does assuming we land Crandall. Really glad to get a healthy Curry back. A skilled big is such a huge weapon in today's game.

But will they have shooting?

That's a great question. That's where losing Gabriel looms large. He was a nice stretch 4, and when he started shooting/playing well towards the end of the year, that's when they were at their best. I think they'll have shooting with Baker and Herro, but it remains to be seen how much PT they will both get. I think Quade Green is a capable shooter who should see significant minutes this season. Outside of Herro, I don't know how their other incoming freshman are in terms of shooting.

Crandall to the Zags. Nice pickup for Few. I really think there is a clear separation now between the top 3 and everyone else. I'm torn as to who's better between Kansas, Kentucky and Gonzaga.

I'd probably go UK, Gonzaga and Kansas in that order.

So much for that lol.

Can’t blame him for choosing the zags tho. Great situation to go try and win his final year

The last week or so when I started reading it seemed like he wasn’t coming. I was gonna lose it if he chose Xavier.

Now that woulda made no fucking sense
