It wasn't pretty, but that's an enormous win. Combined with the Jackets losing in regulation and the Rangers trailing 0-2 through one period, we're sitting in a really nice position right now in the standings. Washington and Columbus are a full five points back with only nine games to play. If the Rangers lose in regulation tonight, we're in position to potentially move back past them as well.
