With that swing, unfortunately, that won't be his last strikeout.

Today showed just how impatient he is. His last out 2-0, third ball coming in, he swings at it and pops out.

Mike Scioscia kind of had me scratching my head.

Down by one run, top of the ninth facing Chapman, Trout gets a lead off single. He then has Eric Aybar (who had three hits earlier in the game) sacrafice, and Pujols and Hamilton fail to drive him in. Why as the road team would you do a sacrafice there, when Trout a 93% steal success rate? Maybe if you're at home, but that didn't add up to me.

We're talkin' softball from Maine to San Diego
We're talkin' softball Mattingly and Canseco

Eddie: "Well well, Steve Sax, from New York City."
Lou: "I heard some guy got killed in New York City and they never solved the case, but you wouldn't know anything about that, would you Steve?"

So I was doing a road trip with a buddy and we ended up at Chavez Ravine for a Dodgers game (this is when Darryl Strawberry patrolled right field for the Dodgers). Anyway, the Straw was having a terrible day not only at the plate, but in the field and my buddy and I decided to razz him with the "Darr-yl, Darr-yl" chant.

Long story short: We got almost half the stadium to chime in and I almost saw a tear roll down Darryl's cheek.

I was at a Tigers game in outfield at Tigers Stadium years ago (obviously), and the fans were getting on Paul O'Neill incessantly. Oh boy was he upset, he really seemed to take the trash talk seriously, it was great. :D

Fast forward 20 years, you and your buddy should go to another Dodger game and see if you can get Mattingly to trim his sideburns.

The only game I went to at Fenway Park was back in 99 interleague against the Braves. I sat down by Pesky Pole with what it seemed like all college students. Otis Nixon was the RF that game, and from warmups until he moved over to CF in the later innings, the college students keep calling him a wife beating crackhead. Drunk college student Red Sox fans are a rather mean bunch, as I don't think Nixon ever beat his wife.

Went to an Indy Indians game. Mike Zagurski gave up a grand slam on one pitch. Only runs of the night in a 4-0 game. Woof.

Not too often after the first series of the season are over that only one team is undefeated and one team is winless.

Jays salvaged the final game of their series against the Tribe - Buerhle got knocked around quite a bit yesterday.

Chris Davis with a decent start..ok I guess.

A home run in each of the 4 games and 16 RBIs.
