1a. Voracek - solid effort as usual, nice goal, noble of you to set briere up for the EN
1b. Couturier - also a nice goal, very effective with the puck, without the puck, and especially defensively
2. Wellwood - very noticeable all game, if he learns to keep the puck on his stick a little better he's going to be dynamite
3.
4. 4th line - in the offensive zone almost the entire night
5. defense on the whole

honorable mention: devils broadcast crew, i wouldve trusted them to officiate tonight.. voiced their displeasure with the refs on both hartnell goalie interferences, i appreciate that kind of work.. also thought kovalchuk's slash should've been evened up w/ couturier, which, they were probably right about. good unbiased stuff i thought

honorable mention 2: lilja, if you drop a hit like that every now and then i'd be ok w/ you playing every now and then.. keep that up, that was nice

2. Briere - hopefully hitting the target on the empty net helps you out, cause you missed at least 4 prime scoring chances tonight by letting the puck hop over your stick. focus man. focus.

I am still a little puzzled how that went in. Rinaldo's interview was pretty funny. He would like to take credit for a good play but was honest that he was trying for a pass or a rebound to Max.

Harts- 2 goals, created all types of offense and is just the man basically.
Bryz-40 saves and a lot of huge ones
Giroux- took over the game in the 3rd, made up for his misplay on Malkin and 2 big assists setting up the tie.

Goats
NBC- how much can you blow Crosby? I mean come on get over him already.
Refs- again way too inconsistent for my liking
NBC- yes again that's how pissed off I am at them for having no ability to report objectively.
