There is no doubt. I would without question take him over any of the other QBs in that division right now. Brees is closesr but Brady is still better than Brees as he has always been.

We differ on that., but at least we'll get to see it play out.

Brady won't have any excuses in this offense. Might have the best weapons he's evwr had in his career. Not sure ab out Tampa' s line though. I imagine they will be drafting there.

One thing that will be interesting is Arians seems to like to stretch the field and that doesn't seem like something Brady has been as successful with as of late.

I kept hearing the Bucs had OL trouble but PFF had them rated as the #7 OL which is surprising. They did lose Dotson at RT though. Seems like RG and RT are weak spots but overall they are above average. The Patriots were #10 last year.

7. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
Ryan Jensen and Ali Marpet anchored the middle of this Buccaneers’ offensive line and provided some of the best pass protection that we saw from any interior offensive line this season. The guard and center positions for the Bucs combined for an 80.4 pass-blocking grade this season, ranking second among all offenses around the league. Dating back to 2015, Marpet has the 12th-highest overall grade among 55 guards with 2,500-plus snaps.

They'll look improved this year with a quick-decision-making QB.

I think they just need help at tackle.

He retired for a reason...you have to wonder if 10 games into it if those reasons crop up again.

Secondly...I'm curious to see how much Arians and Leftwich will alter the OFC to suit Brady. Bucs normally like vertical routes, TB has feasted on the underneath rub routes.

We shall see....I expect Gronk to have some success, but 600-700 yds and 5-6 TDs is my guess.
Having seen the details I think it's a good trade for all. Patriots get a decent pick basically for free and, while I think Gronkowski is a gamble, what the Bucs gave up is enough to see if it'll pay off.

Kind of a no brainer if Gronk put it out there that he was interested in playing again and I assume that's how it went.

I think Brady intends to play two more seasons, but the Bucs have to know that '21 is not a given with TB in spite of the contract...so why not give him his #1 target?

Big picture, I still think the Bucs need some pieces on DEF, but it's clearly a 3 team race for the south and the Bucs are one of those 3. CAR...I'm not entirely sure. Bridgewater is an upgrade over Kyle Allen and they just made McCaffery the highest paid RB in the game, but a lot of holes.

Yikes. I can see New England kind of falling off the face of the map. Boston has always been a Red Sox town. Interesting to see the bandwagon effect.

49ers are heading towards a Super Bowl hangover.

Wilson is better than Brady at this point but Brady is the best QB in the NFC South.

Did you watch the NFL last year? How is Brady better than Brees? If Brady and Brees had the same weapons, Brees would win hands down.

And you're implying Wilson is better than Brees...

I hate to say it but Brady couldn't take a hard challenge. He's being handed that answer.

Wilson is without a doubt better than Brees, as is Brady.

Brees has one of the 3 best WRs in the league and crumbles every year come the postseason.

And puts up stats playing in a dome like Ryan or Stafford, wasn't so hot in SD
