No, that is not what I said.
The courts do not react well to an owner who freely entered into a relationship with 31 other owners and then suing them for their vote or the decision of their own hired representative. Kraft has no basis to sue in court. The fact that he disagrees with his own organization (the league) or his paid representative (Goodell) has no basis in court. Kraft can sell the team, campaign for better outcome, campaign for firing Goodell, or just get mad and deal with it. He made the wise choice......
We can just disagree...

Prove it.

Goodell and his minions are going to have to prove everything they have accused Brady and the Patriots organization of doing very shortly. Sounds like they could use your help.
I don't have to. He is already suspended and fined. You see, he is currently guilty trying to appeal his punishment. Not the other way around. So until he is exonerated from everything, he will remaine guilty.

It's pretty simple.

Appeal:
  1. 2.
    LAW
apply to a higher court for a reversal of the decision of a lower court.
"he said he would appeal against the conviction"Conviction equaling guilt.

He was found guilty in a kangaroo court. Big difference.

A court, real courts seem to have no problem overturning.

Actually, when he is found not guilty as charged, you will still find him guilty

excactly because in a real court a finding of 'maybe or possibly he did something' will result in an acquittal but the Haters will have none of that kind of talk.

But he is "currently" guilty ... and it's not hating just waiting for the appeal decision it's called reality.

What's great is almost every NE fan saying he isn't guilty currently when he has already been penalized. smh

Maybe that's why Kraft paid the million dollar fine and had the draft picks taken away, so Brady can/could get off Scot free. Yeah, that makes sense.

Maybe Kraft decided to eat it because his only recourse was to sue the NFL in court, in essence suing a business he is part owner of.

Durr...............

Using ur logic theN why would the NFL penalize NE or any other team for that matter? In the inverse it would be suing or penalizing itself.

Makes no sense.

A better example is the Nasdaq stock market which has many members. The Nasdaq is an SRO (self regulating organization) it's regulation arm is FINRA.

This arm of the organization levies penalties, suspensions, and has the ability to bar members. While members make up the NASDAQ make no mistake the entities are mutually exclusive;the NFL is similar in construct to the NASDAQ.

Can't say I'm surprised that the point went right over your head.

Yep by a group that is the prosecutor, jury AND judge... That's what you call a kangaroo court and that's why they get their butts kicked everytime it gets to a real court.

Well especially when declaring Goodells decision as proof of guilt. :L

When all the discussion in the past few months has been more about sending messages, and public relations and the need to look strong, guilt doesn't seem to have much to do with it.

I agree the process is laughable.

But he is currently guilty til the penalty is reduced or abstained.

Because Kraft suing himself as part owner of the league would not be a viable option.....
Huh??? Kraft paid the million dollar fine and gave up the draft picks, because he knew the Pats were guilty!!! Plain and simple!!! Otherwise why didn't Kraft take the NFL to court, like he promised??
