The NFL is partly to blame for not having the officials handle the game balls but Brady thought he could break the rule. It is not a minor incident in my opinion and Brady should be glad he was only suspended for 4 games.

They handle the game balls on every snap. Multiple officials even handle the balls on most snaps. All seemed normal to them.

He is currently guilty. It is under appeal. Will it be overturned who knows but as of now the organization he works for has condemned him for cheating with a 4 game suspension, his team with a $1 million dollar fine, and loss of draft picks. His team the NE Patriots has conceded does he who knows?

The courts do not react well to an owner who freely entered into a relationship with 31 other owners and then suing them for their vote or the decision of their own hired representative. Kraft has no basis to sue in court. The fact that he disagrees with his own organization (the league) or his paid representative (Goodell) has no basis in court. Kraft can sell the team, campaign for better outcome, campaign for firing Goodell, or just get mad and deal with it. He made the wise choice......
