Rodgers missed on the one that would have tied it. McCarthy might have let him play another series if he'd converted that one. It would have been idiotic to keep him in the game any longer under the circumstances. I think the only reason he started the 2nd half was to give him a shot at the record. The Bears clearly were not interested in playing football last night and if they had mounted some sort of challenge they always could have put him back in the game.

you do know that the game Brady threw 5 in 1 quarter and 6 in a game he was pulled after the first series in the 3rd quarter. I think you have him confused with a stat whore
