After watching Oklahoma on Saturday, I have a little more hope.

Oh, this OU team isn't as good as their fans think they are, but it doesn't matter, b/c our team is just awful, not to mention Mack is scared shitless of Stoops. Just like last year, OU was just an average team, but they raped the ever living shit out of our team with ease. It's going to be an ugly one again, especially with Derp starting at QB:

The Texas coaches have watched 2 teams give OU a game and how to play defense. I'm hoping Texas puts 8 in the box and dares Bell to pass. However I get the feeling that the Longhorn defense will overplay like TCU did on the Clay run.
I would also like to see Texas play a conservative offense against OU and run at least twice as much as they pass. Passes should be screens(have they even run one this season) and short slants, with the occassional overthrow on a bomb.
Somehow I don't see that happening, nor a Swoopes sighting. More than likely he doesn't make the field, unless McCoy gets hurt.

TCU's D is much better than Texas's D, so I hope they try the same thing too, cuz they'll get burned when that can't pull it off. And really, only 1 D has given Bell any problems and again, probably the best D oul will face in the regular season.

And yes, anything can happen in this series, but the better team usually does win.

This is just one more reason I can not wait until there is change in Austin. Its RRSO week and I can not even talk smack to an old curmudgeon of an OU fan. so sad.
