Honestly that Minnesota win was not good for us.

They will likely make it in even with only 7 wins and 1 win in the tournament. They are that well-liked by the analysts. This win tonight was huge for them.....fuck.

The other thing that hurts is the fact that the analysts don't believe the Big 10 is worthy of more than 6 teams......meaning Nebraska basically is going to be forced to finish 12-6 and win a game in the tournament as well.

It just sucks.

It certainly would have been the better deal had they lost, but either way you look at it Nebraska pretty much needs to win out anyway. If Iowa would have won tonight and Nebraska lose then the committee only takes 5 from the Big 10 anyway.

Beings as Wisconsin is #5 in RPI and will likely be even higher than that when we play them.......a win over them would give the committee no choice but to write us in.

But seriously they do not want 7 Big 10 teams to be in the tournament this year.

Problem is, beating Illinois and Indiana on the road is just as difficult as beating Wisconsin at home.

We got one hell of a difficult road ahead of us, and in my opinion tomorrow night is the toughest of all the tests we have remaining.

It is just ridiculous that we would have to go through this gauntlet of a schedule and come away 12-6.....

It's easy to say "all we gotta do is win" right now.......but odds are not in our favor to win 11 of 12 heading into the tournament. If we end up 11-7 and win a game in the tournament and still don't make it in, you can expect there to be some fireworks.

Husker fans are starting to take in Nebrasketball. I can't even find tickets to a dadburned game.....they're all sold out en shit. If 7-11 Minny gets in over 11-7 Nebraska.......thar's gonna be hell to pay. Husker fans don't just sit around and accept getting fucked in the ass.
