He must have not realized that fouls were Duke 17 Yale 11 before Yale fouled at end. Duke haters are amusing on how butthurt they are no matter what the facts are.

Thank you for seeing this! Listen does Duke get some calls, of course... It happens to every home team... But there is no way Duke got away with calls like this is claiming. Did I agree with all the fouls Yale got? no? But not game is ever called 100% correct.

Xavier's defensive strategy seems to be allow us to take wide open threes. So far, it's working solidly.

That 2-3 zone causes chaos for a lot of teams who are not use to playing against it. Now the Cuse will be in trouble versus a team that can bury the 3 pointers, or have a big man for rebounding. That has always been an issue on Boeheim's teams since I have watched them.

Last year they convinced the Harrison twins to think they were the best players on the team when they clearly weren't.
Their players must all major in psychology.

JBs done fine being a local kid. He grew up about 50 miles from campus. Went to college at SU and then became the coach. And when you go back to that day, don't forget, SU was a football school...Jim Brown, Floyd Little, Ernie Davis.....there was no bball to speak of. None on a national level anyways.

When JB took over the program, he was told he was wasting his time.

Today.....Syracuse is known as a bball school and is a national brand. People have a lot to say about JB. But the man's done more for SU than about any one man has ever done for any university. You have to get to names like Bear Bryant and JoPa before you're trumping JB accomplishments for SU.

Is it perfect....nope. But still....it's been a great ride for this guy.

And also....SU's in the S16 and were ranked where?....40's at best. For real SU has to play a damn good team now. That's what the S16 guarantee's. But that zone and those 6 players are going to make a team earn it.

Zag's get nothing free next week.

Yep, and if Cooney continues to get hot on the 3s, look out!

This Aggie team can't make a basket and can't complete a pass. Not a good combination.

I'm familiar with the history at Syracuse. I know Jimmy B grew up in a small town in Lyons, NY (Finger Lakes region), pretty much. I have been to that campus several times. I remember watching Derek Coleman and Seikly back in the day. Pearl Washington. I saw a couple of games from the championship team in '03. I love the campus.
