Fordman I was hoping the Aggies would win but you have to admit that was some crazy shit that should have never happened. We aren't talking about some crap foul call or last second half court shot to win, this is a situation that we will see film of for the rest of our lives.

Combo of refs letting Aggy do whatever they want to do plus UNI being dumber than dirt = overtime.
How do you get trapped in the corner with the lead, and then how do you not just throw a damned hook shot the length of the court after you are being forced out of bounds to leave your opponent with virtually no time to get the ball down the length of the court? "I know what? I'll just toss it at my opponent under his own basket?!?"

I was thinking the exact same thing. I was watching the game with my son and I told him the the UNI guy should have never got trapped in the corner with a few seconds left. He should have toss the ball down court. The Aggies wouldn't have had enough time to bring the ball back down court. IMO the UNI coach screwed up, he should have had a play drawn up at a time out

I woke up this morning and was still at shocked at what happen in that Texas AM game. I thought it was a dream so I checked and nope it was for real. Down 10 with 30 sec left and they won. Crazy come back. Might be The greatest ever or at least in the top 3.

I call it the greatest choke job that I have seen in years.

Yeah, I wish both could lose, but I'll be rooting for Oregon in this one. I have a sneaking suspicion that's not the way it's going to go, though. Oregon could overwhelm them physically, that's what I'm hoping for.

Aggy got the game HANDED to them over and over and over in a matter of ~30 seconds. Aggy didn't DO anything.

UNI was overmatched and poorly coached. They need to get back to that hotbed of basketball talent and learn how to inbound the ball when up by 10.

A&M won the game. Jexas didn't. A&M did what was needed to advance. Neither the refs nor UNI players were scoring the points for A&M. When UNI gave opportunities, A&M capitalized on them.

I just wish Jexas had been able to win their game. Would have been a much easier win yesterday.

No you can't. Traveling is a live ball foul. Going outside of your 3 foot box is a violation. It is not traveling.

I will agree that A&M got some breaks and UNI made some mistakes, but to say the game was handed to A&M and A&M didn't do anything is a stretch. A&M did press UNI and force those turnovers. They didn't foul and pray for missed free throws. A&M made shots in the final seconds that they were missing during the first half. Hell Danuel House didn't make a FG until the final minute and finished with 22 points. So yes, UNI did implode, but the Aggies deserve some credit for forcing it.
