According to some on here , a guys character, or lack there of, plays no part in deciding whether to draft him.

Oh Sean will do just fine. Not worried about that at all. He is more than capable and actually adds another dimension with the option play. Winston will not fade because he is that good at the position. Maybe some shock therapy. Or better yet give him a hell week during practices. Work him until he makes the ceiling drip with condensation. No position or team drills. Just pure and unadulterated work. You take something off then suspended another game. Many ways to get the point across.
