Sincere question: Why keep going to bat for this guy when he keeps screwing up? We don't know the character of the girl who made the accusation, however we do know he is a dumbass pos who has repeatedly got on TV and lied about lessons learned and what he plans on doing moving forward. It makes no sense.

Making sure people use the accurate information is all I see 3 people doing. Why should we not correct inaccuracies in statements or positions? Now is he a dumbass? Yes. Does that instantly make him guilty of all crimes? Well according to some yes, but not in the eyes of the law.
