Seems like a lot of horseradish.

On the recipe, I have no idea if it's even close. I just picked the first link that popped up on google. Just like any sauce though, they are generally made up of ingredients a college kid has on hand. It's not like a fast food chain goes to the mountain tops of Peru for something special.

I poached the Carraba's crabcake sauce recipe off the internet years ago and it's exactly the same.

Something with so many fresh ingredients like that is more difficult to duplicate.

The reason is things taste different grown in different soils. My brother started out working at the first Godfathers in the world on 99th and Q in Omaha. He worked his way up through the expansion and one of his jobs was the guy who had to pick the tomatoes for the sauce. They only bought their tomatoes from one grower to maintain consistency in flavor.

The difference between Nebraska sweet corn and sweet corn grown in Florida is a good example.

I would use the Horseradish "sauce" vs. pure horsey.

I have horseradish that grows at my place. It's hard to get rid of if it gets into places you don't want it. It grows like a weed.

One of the greatest reasons to never put it in your garden. Like gourds, those suckers stick around like white on rice.

Ill try.. last time I did it I just keep talking to myself in the mirror. I went to Juice stop before and they have a drink called the "STICKY WICKeT" so I would look in the mirror and kept asking myself in a British accent "would you like a sticky wicket?" I thought it was the funnest thing ever.

Love it. Make sure you have a babysitter/caretaker.
