We're having a chili cook-off at the Super Bowl party I'm going to tomorrow.....

For the heat I'm starting with 2 Jalapeno peppers and 2 Serrano peppers that I just chopped up fine.....I'll had more Jalapeno slices to add texture and for aesthetic purposes since they aren't that hot.....

I'll probably start the crock about 3 or 4 before I go to bed and then when I wake up about 9 or 10 I'll check it to see if it needs any Ro-tel or cayenne pepper.....

Normally I'm lazy and just use Ro-tel and cayenne pepper instead of using fresh peppers....I'll see what kind of heat I end up with the fresh peppers and add as needed.....

Irule I would love to have to drink with ya brotha. But the fact is I have been drinking since 12 And I also weigh 240 and I am 27. HAHA But the I am a huge supporter of having a SportsHoopla get together. I would love to cook food and even bring the booze for all you gents. I would really like to do it during football season but am not against doing it during bball season. So If you would like to help to have a SportsHoopla get together I would be all for it.
