Wow. I go to Vegas for the weekend and all h-e-double hockey sticks breaks loose.

More than anything, I wish they had retired Don before the start of the year. The year 2010 I mean. Honestly, the CC segments have been unwatchable for years. Don cannot form a coherent sentence. Until he slams immigrants by calling them "you people". Then apparently his message is crystal clear.

I do think society in general has gone too far with repressing speech. But the reality is none of us are truly free to speak our minds on the job. Unless we own our own business. And there can be consequences if our employer feels we cross their line. Don apparently did, and SN made a business decision.

I just wish for everyone's sake the business decision was made much earlier based on poor job performance. I always liked that Don supports the military (and police, fire fighters, etc) and will always remember him for that.
