Why is that? You know UGA is 2-1 in blackout games.

And what does that have to with Pulpwood Smith?

Because he mentioned the last time Georgia wore all red was in 1980 against the Vols. I was just stating something equally irrelevant.

Boise has 3 top 15 finishes the passed 3 years... Georgia has 1 and it was in 2008.

If UGA played Boise's schedule, they would have atleast 2 NC in the last 3 years. Hell, if A&M played Boise's schedule they'd have atleast 1 NC.

3 top 15 finishes isn't that impressive if you only played 2 or 3 real teams in 3 years.

Irrelevant?

Did you not hear the similarities that he listed?
Red pants, check.
Highly hyped freshman RB, check.
Poor previous season, check (in 1979 UGA was 6-5).
First game of the season, check.

Sound relevant to me.

Oh and Georgia's wins?

Louisiana-Lafayette
Tennessee
Vandy
Idaho State
@Kentucky
Georgia Tech

Real impressive there.

Oh I thought we were talking about the last 3 years? I guess that only made your point in that particular post. Certainly don't want to list anyone that UGA beat past last year. :cool2: (44-20)

Regardless, of UGA performance last year (and I've never made excuses or said that it was better than it was), are you going to sit there with a straight face & tell me that you are impressed with Boise's schedule & the teams they've beat the last 3 years?

So a game that happened over 30 years ago is relevant to this game? Gotcha.

I just listed out the similarities, I don't know how much more clear I can make it.

Maybe you can get one of your fellow Bama people to translate it to Alabamanese.

I am surprised so many are picking UGA in this. I must be missing something.

LOL

I can't either.

I think it's a mix between disrespect for Boise State and a bunch of closet "team SEC" crap.

That was taking into account the most recent season, aka the most relevant one.

Well, thanks for pointing that out noob. You should of been here 2 weeks ago when I heard it as a rumor & posed it as a question to your BSU brethren, because I didn't get an aswer.

Thanks again for clearing that up.

:finger:

I did post a possible answer to that

I mentioned the possibility would be that UGA was doing delayed ticket sales, which was why extra tickets showed up, I guess you ignored it.

I would have to disagree with th assertion that BSU has better leadership than UGA. Aaron Murray is a great team leader & Richt is an awesome motivator.

I mean does this guy look like he's gonna get you pumped in the huddle?

And I think Chris Petersen is a Scientologist.

Experience? Four years of playing Toledo is the equivalent of 1/3 a season in the SEC.

Ability? BSU is extremely talented and they play hard, but they don't have a player in a single positioin that has more talent than his UGA counterpart. Not even Kellen Moore.

He's a Wiccan, yo.

I would laugh my ass off if UGA lost this game, I actually believe they are the better team.

Talent wise we are a better team, but you can't deny Boise's playmaking ability.

Boise just plays well together, they play with speed and purpose because they are very well coached. The proof is in their roster being full of 2 & 3 star recruits that have beaten teams like Oregon, Oklahoma and VT.

They are a well oiled machine, and Georgia is coming in with question marks all over both sides of the ball.

Will current starter Richard Samuel, who moved from LB (after moving from RB), jump back onto the offensive side of the better than he was before? The big question is, what will super hyped Isaiah Crowell do? Will he bust onto the scene like Herschel or will he be mediocre or just suck? Who knows.

Who will step up catch some balls? Other than Orson Charles at TE, we have no go to guys. T. King has been OK and maybe this is his year to break out. Marloon Brown was a big time recruit that hasn't done much, will he pull it together? Who knows.

The offensive line should be solid. But can it stay healthy? Most of the back ups are unproven, some even true freshman. The depth at OL is thin, can these youngsters carry the load? Who knows.

On the defensive line, JC transfer Jon Jenkins (aka Motel 6; aka Big Jon; etc) hasn't lived up to the hype so far and he was slowed down by a minor injury last week. Has Kwame Geathers gotten so much better that Big Jon can't pass him on the depth charts or is Jenkins a dud? Who knows.

Lot of new faces with LB corp. They have been hyped, but who knows...

Jebus, I went off on a rant. I'll stop now.
