We got a home win record of close to 1.000 while Tigs on the road are just a little over .500. And they got Sanchez, JV & Fister going the 1st 3 games. Thats all a huge plus in our favor

Reynolds still has not hit a HR since June 28......

as a strikeout king with power he at least has to hit HRs....something he obviously is not doing anymore....why is he still being trotted out there?

coming into today, Since June 28.... 6 hits 27 strikeouts 8 walks 2 RBI, awful in a word. OPS decline from .751 to .674, SLG decline from .428 to .369, OBP decline from .324 to .305

I would take a split at worst with the Tigers. If we can get through this series no worse than the 3 GB that we are now, I'm happy.

I don't expect a sweep or even 3 of 4 by the Tribe, but either one would be so sweet, especially with Miggy out and Peralta suspended.

Both of those teams take a size-to-be-determined step backwards with the losses of Jhonny Peralta and Nelson Cruz.

Baltimore, Kansas City and Oakland should also have a renewed sense of purpose in their playoff races with the hit that Texas and Detroit are taking.
