Don't forget, there's also an ump on the LF foul line watching for that very thing too....and on the RF foul line as well....the 3B ump's eyes should be on the bag and the play there....or if there's an argued swing or no swing by a lefty at the plate.

All of the delays in these games really does make it painful.
