Inch-thick, bone-in, pork-loin chop, marinated for 2 hrs in 1 cup of strong coffee, 1/4 cup molasses, couple T apple cider vinegar, garlic, thyme, ground ginger, half a lemon, squeezed, salt and pep...half that reserved and reduced.
Grill, medium-high, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Drizzle with reduction.
