You just made me jones badly for my home state of MD. Miss those crab feasts I used to enjoy along side the Chesapeake.

Just put some ribs on the smoker, popped the top on a Land Shark and the pool temp is finally getting comfortable (feels like it's 150 outside). Tis a good day.

Weber Smokey Mountain (20 in. I believe). Had ribs, fresh corn on the cob and mac & cheese. Wife had steak instead of ribs.

Gettin use to the new girl on the block I see Bama...bout time to stick your BIGTOE into the pool and try that 16-18 hour whole brisket burn we talked about last Christmas. Don't forget about the baked bean sider dish underneath the brisket to catch all the drippings as well.

Bon Apetito...:suds:

I've did several 13-14 hr. Boston butt smokes en sech since I got this thing. The Weber makes it pretty simple once the temp sets in. The first one I did was an overnighter and it got down to around 30 degrees outside, this bad boy held right at 250 degrees like a champ. That's when I new I was in love.
