Sounds great. I'm going to have to try it sometime. Anything special in the prep procedure?
Just make sure you use a glass, not a cup. It helps to see when everything is mixed fully.
Chicken, baked potato and veggies for dinner #2. (Dinner #1 was a slice of pizza before the lecture this evening) I'll probably go out for a beer or two tonight too...sooo nice to get a bit of a break after a hellacious week!
You must be the most well fed college student in the history of college students...
Because my mom taught me how to cook and how to shop? I get 14-16 chicken thighs every two weeks from Sam's Club for approximately $7-$8, which is two weeks of dinners. The potatoes I get a 5 lb bag once a week for $3.50 (or $4.50 when the store wants to be dicks), and the veggies are frozen corn ($1 per bag, which lasts two-three weeks), frozen peas ($1 per bag, which lasts two-three weeks), and frozen broccoli ($5 per bag, which lasts easily a month). Throw in a bottle of barbecue sauce every two weeks and the occasional butter...it's really not that expensive.

I hope you're eating more variety than that or taking vitamin/mineral supplements. that's not a very complete nutrient intake
