Nobody freak, I just veered from my "norm",..

Mustard greens (w/dash of red pepper for seasoning), meatloaf, veggie medley (steamed potatoes, squash, broccoli, onions), and cornbread.

Soul food. We shall see how this works.

I'm making my famous hot sausages today!! Grilled so that they are almost cooked, then put in a pot w/ 4 cheese pasta sauce w/ huge pieces of cut onion, red pepper and yellow pepper. Let simmer in the pot for a few hours then voila! Oh, and also catching up on a few beers that I've missed out on this weekend
