Nobody freak, I just veered from my "norm",..

Mustard greens (w/dash of red pepper for seasoning), meatloaf, veggie medley (steamed potatoes, squash, broccoli, onions), and cornbread.

Soul food. We shall see how this works.
Whatever possesed me? Celebration time with family. *faceplant*
The only things on that list I'd consider soul food are the greens and maybe the cornbread.

I don't know what I'm gonna eat; don't really eat breakfast, but I may make breakfast for lunch.

1 apple
2 tbsp cranberries
1 tbsp honey
5 oz roast beef

Best of luck with that 757Hokie, it def takes dedication and will power.
Sure, your system is in a bit of "shock" through the transition. Ergo, the big deal about that one meal at the top of the page; I love it, but the system rebels.

You'll do just fine, keep us updated! :)

I probably only eat around 1500-2000 calories a day; how many calories are you supposed to eat on this workout?

there is a calculation in the meal book, you figure out how many to take in based on your height, weight, activity level, and whether you want to lose, maintain, or gain weight.

i'm trying to gain some, the calculation said that i should be taking in about 3200 a day for the next 60 days

You'll be burning it off if the workout lives up to its name and you'll be starving... I know I was when I was running track and burning that many calories :)

yeah im pretty excited to get started with the workouts, i got it all the in mail a few days ago and ive been itching to start, but i needed to do all my grocery shopping for it and whatnot.

the one part of the diet i know i will be breaking is the part where it says no alcohol....yeah thats not going to happen, i keep it to friday and saturday nights anyways, so ill just keep that part of my routine the same ;)
