I am thinking more Chicken and Rice with some Corn, but I dont like Cooking chicken...

Ahh.. as a rule, I pretty much stick with the breast (white meat) when using chicken.
I tend to obsess more about the clean up and not transferring crap onto anything else.

Awesome. Banana nut bread? That, I can handle,... that's about as sweet as I go -- although I like to make it, I limit ALL bread (bigtime). Always a hit, esp for the holidays.

Cooking and eating with family is imperative --great bonding time.
