O no doubt about it. You get 9 games of awesome officiating and 9 games of shit.
I was just pointing it out that it's outrageous in the BIG10.
I linked to the numbers earlier in the thread. It's not just perception. Over the years, home teams have 3-4 fewer fouls called on them. In other conferences, it's around 1.
For the most part, I think it is fair since it happens to everyone. It does suck for a team like us this year, where we never need the refs' help at home. A big reason for the Rutgers loss was Gasser fouling out (with 2 totally BS calls). I still think the B1G refs are some of the most consistent and best in the business, all-in-all.
