Yeah I'd agree. Wichita is getting a bump because they were Top 10 preseason. Having seen Iowa play both I think Michigan is better personally

In fairness WSU didn't have Van Vleet or Frankamp for the Iowa game. They are 13-1 with with their full roster.

True but Michigan has been without Levert for a long time too. Wichita is good I just don't think they should be ranked based solely on what they've done.

I wasn't comparing them to Michigan. I personally don't think either should be ranked at this moment. But I can understand if you rank WSU based off what they've done with a full roster.

Those were neutral site losses and it was the Coaches poll. Michigan has better wins imo. Either way, both shouldn't be ranked atm.

Very impressed by IU last night. That was by far the best game they've played all year, given the opponent. They finally played like a top 25 team for the first time this season.

Yeah I have to say Michigan got destroyed but the Hoosiers at home and they get credit. But I also feel like Beilien can be a disgrace as a coach at times along with the fact that LaVert needs to get healthy pronto.

MARYLAND is the most dangerous team in the Big 10.
They can win games even when they are playing like complete crap.
Other teams need to play good or great to win..... MD has a roster that can overcome horrible execution.

MD are the one Big 10 team that is most built for a tournament.
They can play so many different styles which really helps when home fans are taken out of it.

They will be better in the NCAA then they will be in conference with their versatility.

I believe the Big Ten will get 7 teams in. Tonight's Ohio State at Wisconsin game could decide the 7th team.

Maryland, Iowa, Michigan State, Indiana, Purdue, Michigan all will get in easily.

Michigan won't get it easily at all. Right now they are projected to go 19-11 with an RPI of 55 and an SOS of 48 heading into the B1G tournament. Michigan is going to be squarely on the bubble IMO. Right now they are probably a 10/11.

Ehh...Maryland is a 7 seed with a superstar thrown on it. Teams like that don't win the title.

The Badgers need to go 11-7 to make the dance. That's 6-3 from here on out. Four of those games are @ Maryland, @ MSU, @ Iowa, and @ Purdue. So yeah, losing tonight would be catastrophic. Winning one of those four will be tough but manageable. Winning two is much, much harder.

I also say that the ratio of (Wins over tourney teams: Losses to Non-Tourney Teams) is a huge indicator of who makes the dance. If you are over 1, it bodes pretty well. Right now, we are around 3-5:5. A sixth loss and that looks really dire.
