It's not going to be a great class numbers wise for OSU but average will still be top five or so.

Not a big deal

Right now their average it's top 3, behind Bama and UGA. 3 5* out of 16 recruits is a damn good ratio though. Only UGA has more 5*

Clemson, Tennessee and Michigan are going to battle for Crouch until February it seems. I have no clue why he didn't just sign with Clemson today.

Nothing new. They had what...8 straight #1 classes at one point until UGA broke that streak? Wonder why they are in the playoff every year lol

OU has been in the playoff 3 out of 4 years with their shitty top 10 classes.

You guys run a godlike offense with top 10 talent. If Mike Leach could recruit, he'd be in the playoff all the time. That scheme doesn't need elite players, just great athletes and maybe a QB that can make quick decisions.

Riley doesn’t run Leach’sdcheme.

It's a similar scheme. Basically, I think it's a scheme that's hard to prepare for and stop. You just need a mix of WR that can run great routs or burn CBs with straight line speed. A good athletic OLine helps but you don't need elite road graders. You just need above average talent and you will score on anyone.

I don't see how stating your offense is at a complete schematic advantage is showing how little I understand? It's still some form of air raid, not the exact thing Leach runs, but you don't think Leach couldn't dominate the PAC if he had recruiting classes on par with yours or say Oregon's?

Not going to happen — losing Daxton Hill and Hinton being dropped from 5 star status, leaves us with 0 five star recruits and even though we have 7 more commits than OSU — we are now behind them in the rankings.

To put it in more perspective:
OSU average recruit is 92.5
UM average recruit is 89.5

UM was only ranked ahead of them before because of volume.
Welp....looks like we recovered well and unless OSU lands some big recruits before the classes finish we might just have the better ranked class at the end of the day. Shocking, considering where we were just a couple weeks ago. 15 four star players and a five star is a hell of a class.

I think we had either 5 or 6 straight games this year, where we went for over 300 yards passing and Rushing. I know it was a NCAA record. Far cry from the Air Raid

He's still right though. You're only "ahead" of us because you have 11 more commitments. We do still have the higher quality class.
