I watched most of last night's game. First half was good offensively. Defense needs a decent big man badly, giving up too many open looks from 3 because they try and pack the lane. 2nd half was rough, I thought the refs started stinking up the place and didn't call Wiscy on anything. Guys kept playing tough though. If they can do something to combat the bigs in the Big10, I think they'll have a shot in the future.

I hate this season. Normally I'm pretty passionate about Nebrasketball, but knowing that this season is basically a lost cause and simply a building year makes it hard to really get into games. Still hoping we can knock off a few teams though.

Honestly this team plays harder than just about any Tim Miles team I've ever seen.

We need a offensive rebounder. Which I never fully understand why that's not one of your primary recruits. I would think second-chance points are just as important as first chance points if that makes sense. But I'm not the Mayor

I haven't watched much basketball this year, but from what I have seen, there is an ungodly amount of plays/shots not finishing at the rim. I don't think I've ever seen such futility.
Sinking half of those missed shots closes the rebounding gap significantly.

The last few games that I've watched, that has been a big topic of discussion. It has seemed to improve in those games.

Another big point of discussion is the opposing teams 3pt %, basically giving way too many open looks as I noted above.

Creighton #10 in the country right now Tom. I see no reason Nebraska can't get there also.
