I don't mind it so much in the NL as long as it's a starting pitcher doing it in the early innings. Just don't cause one of your teammates to take the revenge shot.

Most of the dude's ERA has came as a reliever. He's been pretty good as a starter, especially at home. His stuff is good tonight.

Newcomb's gotta get the ball over the plate. Going 3-1 to Stanton was the difference in the first inning IMO.

I think Newcomb is the better pitcher, but in a win or go home scenario, I want Folty on the mound. He seems to do his best against the best competition.

And that's not a knock on Newk I think he'll wind up having a good start tonight. Home runs happen at this park.
