I wouldn't mind an extended phantom DL stint if we're not gonna DFA him. Get Evan Phillips up here for a week and see what he can do.

Also, Josh Ravin hasn't allowed an earned run in 18.2 relief innings for Gwinnett this year. He's older and hasn't been great in the Majors, but he's gone about as far as he can go in AAA.

Folty's a little wild today(well, he's a little wild most every start), but he's been extremely effective so far. Racking up the strikeouts.

And Culberson stays clutch.

That fucker was struck out. Umpire squeezed Folty there on a hot day, and Snit just stays back and does nothing. You've gotta get yourself ejected sometimes, Snit.

This homeplate ump can eat a dick. He's cost Folty like 15 extra pitches this inning and then called another strike a ball. Only profession in the world where you can't be fired for incompetence. Went from looking like Folty could go 7 or 8 to we'll be lucky if he goes 6.
